We're on a good run and not even the P&B forum curse is looking like stopping us. It was another winning NAP last week, an Even Money Double that seemingly doesn't know how to lose and an In With A Chance that has a long way to run but is by no means out of it.
For this week's NAP it was a toss up between three similarly priced bets. Hearts are on a heck of a run right now with four wins in a row and not a single goal against them in that time. At home to St Johnstone they can keep that run going. Skybet have them priced at 1.95 (19/20) to make it five on the spin and that has enough value about it to make it worthwhile.
Up north it's party time for Ross County with an open top bus parade booked for the minute they complete the Highland Derby. Fourteen of the last sixteen meetings have seen both teams score and with The Staggies record at home this season you couldn't count against it happening again. There are concerns about Inverness but at 1.95 (19/20) from bet365 I would be willing to take the chance.
In League 1 Stranraer are the form side with seven clean sheets in their last ten matches. At home to Stenny they should go some way to securing the final playoff berth. Again, at 1.95 (19/20) with Ladbrokes, they are a real contender for the NAP.
It's bloody difficult to know who to single out (I am backing all three) but on this occasion I am going to plump for... both teams to score at Ross County.
The Even Money Double has won eight times from ten attempts now. It has a greater than 60% return on investment and it's a bet I really should be charging for. For the time being it is free to P&B readers and I really hope I am not the only one taking advantage. This week I am putting +1.5 total goals in Dingwall alongside Peterhead to win their home match against Airdrieonians and it pays out at 2.11 with McBookie.
For the IWAC I am taking a real chance on there being NO GOALS at NDP when Hamilton Accies host Partick Thistle. A correct score bet of 0-0 pays best at 7/1 with McBookie and William Hill but Willies are offering the same price for No Goalscorer on the First Goalscorer market. That way if the only goals are own goals we will still get paid out.
